Our experience has allowed us to carefully select the very best equipment including state of the art digital x-ray and ultrasound. Pet travel documents
If you're travelling abroad with your pet, we can issue Animal Health Certificates (AHCs) — the document that replaced the old "pet passport" — along with guidance on the process and paperwork involved.
What to expect at your first appointment
We believe that visiting the vet should be a warm and welcoming experience, and our purpose built clinic is designed with your pets comfort in mind. We are easy to find and offer a large car park to the front of the building. Our front of house team will give you a warm welcome, and guide you towards our separate dog and cat waiting areas. We’ve installed specialist dog-friendly flooring (Floors for Paws) and climate control throughout the clinic. Our consultation rooms are well equipped and spacious. Our standard consultations are 20 minutes, but we are pleased to offer new pets an extended welcome consultation - this is a longer appointment for our usual consultation fee of £60. We’ll ask about your pets history, carry out a nose-to-tail examination, and talk through anything we find. We welcome any questions you may have, and will work with you to formulate a care plan that is adapted to the needs and circumstances of you and your pet.
Pricing
We believe in being upfront about prices. You'll find indicative pricing for our most common procedures on our Price List page. For other services, we are always happy to give you a transparent breakdown of the costs of the treatment your pet needs, during or after a consultation.
Out of hours emergencies
We are a small team and it is important that we are able to rest to provide the very best care for your pets. If your pet needs a vet outside of our opening hours, you will be directed to our dedicated out of hours provider CVS Vets 24/7 at Gorleston.
