A consultation with one of our vets is £60. All our consultations are at least 20 minutes (and new pets get a longer welcome consultation at no additional cost). We will listen to your concerns, perform a “nose to tail” health check, and work with you to formulate a tailored care plan for your pet.

We are open weekdays 8.30am-6.15pm, and 9.00am-12.00pm on Saturdays.

Absolutely - we are located out of town on a small business development site. We have a large parking area to the front of the practice, and are lucky to have views over the beautiful Waveney Valley from our site.

You will be able to book appointments online, over the phone or in person.

We are happy to treat small furries (hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, ferrets), rabbits and chickens as part of our general practice service. Sometimes we may feel that your pet benefits from the expertise of a specialist, and can arrange advice or referral where needed

We accept most major debit and credit cards, except American Express. We also accept contactless payments and mobile payment options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We accept cash payments.
Payment is required at the time of your consultation or treatment. If you have pet insurance, we're happy to assist you in making a claim.
