Pet Wellness Plan
Tailored to your pet, kinder to the planet
Our Pet Wellness Plans make preventative care simple, affordable, and convenient. Designed to support your pet at every stage of life, our plans include essential routine care such as health checks, vaccinations and other recommended services. We offer a “plus” tier that also includes unlimited vet consultations. We are passionate about protecting our environment, and will use a combination of risk assessment and faecal testing to ensure that we protect our pets (and their humans) from parasites, whilst avoiding blanket treating where appropriate.
By spreading the cost of preventative care into manageable payments, you can stay on top of your pet’s health without unexpected routine-care expenses. Because prevention is always better than cure, our Wellness Plans help us work together to keep your pet happy, healthy, and thriving.

FAQs
What is tailored parasite care?
We will work with you to develop a parasite care plan than is bespoke to your pet. We want to ensure that your family and pet are protected, while reducing overuse of parasite treatments. Patient questionnaires and regular worm egg tests will allow us to assess parasite risk and treat when necessary.
All our Pet Wellness Plan members will get quarterly parasite tests included in their plan (disclaimer: this will require you to drop in faecal samples).
Why are you steering away from blanket parasite treatment?
We are so lucky to live and work in the beautiful Waveney Valley, and we are passionate about environmental stewardship. There is emerging evidence that pet parasiticides are contaminating our environment. We feel strongly that a “One Health” approach to pet parasite care is needed which considers the broader implications on human health, animal health and the environment.
Is the Pet Wellness Plan an alternative to insurance?
Our Wellness plans are designed to keep your pet happy and healthy by making the cost of routine and preventative care more affordable. It is not a substitute for pet insurance which helps cover the cost in sickness and injury.
How do I cancel the Pet Wellness Plan?
If you’d like to cancel you Pet Wellness Plan membership please contact us by telephone, email or in person. Please note, if you cancel the plan before the 12 month contract is complete, you may be liable for costs incurred that have not been covered by your monthly payments.
